We do not. In a home residence we find that many clients enjoy the opportunity to go shopping or to a lunch with friends while we work but it's certainly your call whether or not you remain. If you're remote working we ensure our teams will be zero nuisance or bother to you whatsoever. In office environments our teams are very adept at working silently, professionally, and discreetly letting day-to-day business continue on uninterrupted.
Unlike some service firms we operate 7 days a week and accommodate very unusual hours as well -- everyone's unique schedule is exactly that and we work around your requirements. It is possible for us to complete work on many major holidays also though there might be slight cost adjustments for that on a case-by-case basis
Both. We deploy our staff individually or as part of highly disciplined, regimented groups depending on the nature of and the complexity of the work at hand. The rates charged are not based on the number of folks required to perform the job perfectly and completely but rather are based on the particulars of the job needs themselves [e.g. # of rooms, square footage, etc.]

All of our employees are not only required to have the most updated CoVID vaccinations and booster shots they are not allowed to work at all if they are in any way feeling ill or displaying any symptoms of illness. They have all been trained in mitigation strategies to counter CoVID and a variety of other communicable diseases and they integrate those practices as they are disinfecting and sanitizing your environment.
We do. It is common practice that we customize a discounted price package for each client based on the frequency/volume and length of time commitment to any service arrangement. One of our client specialists will be happy to have a detailed conversation with you about what this entails.
We have a large staff which represents skill-sets in many diverse areas of the cleaning profession. Still, for very complex jobs [generally in the areas of convention center work, construction-site cleaning, etc. we partner with a few firms that are long-time vetted and trusted partners to accomplish the work completely and efficiently. As much as we wish we could guarantee this, it doesn’t always work out that way. Our service center managers do what they can to ensure you have a crew member that you feel comfortable with or will be the best match for your home. Ideally, we like to have 2-3 crew members familiar with your home should a particular crew member not be available for your scheduled cleaning for any reason.
No. We bring everything necessary to complete a typical home cleaning, including a professional-grade vacuum and mops for your floors. If you'd like us to use a specific product on certain surfaces, you may request it and let us know where the product will be so our cleaners can find it.

You can do so either over the phone, text or through email. We’d appreciate as much notice as possible, but we understand that life happens, do your best to let us know with 24-48 hours.
Our estimates typically allow for plenty of time to complete a cleaning. That said, there are times that more time is necessary, one of our team members will partner with you to either extend the time or alternatively, we can always simply schedule a follow up cleaning.
